Blackwell Toronto

Blackwell Structural Engineers had the opportunity to move into 134 Peter St. office building, an iconic new office building offering great location and spectacular downtown views.
Accounting for the wish to create a collaborative and inclusive environment, DMA designed an open office plan offering lots of natural light for all, and exclusion of private offices for a more democratic layout.
Wall- to- ceiling glass on 3 sides of the office called for an understated interior with a neutral palette, letting the city views take precedence. Areas of note include an inviting entry, various sizes and types of meeting spaces, a well-appointed coffee station, and a generous employee lounge.
